Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation by Tenant, Tenant shall receive a full refund of all payments made if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in. If Tenant cancels between 15 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a refund of 50% of all payments made. Otherwise no refund will be given.

 

If booked through Airbnb,

their cancellation fee will take precedence.
